02What a UK careers-page wall actually has to do
CIPD member surveys, published through the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, keep flagging the careers tab as a recruitment-first surface scanned in under a minute. UK privacy guidance from the Information Commissioner's Office leans firms toward individual-consent image collection, which is easier when each employee runs their own upload. The Equality and Human Rights Commission reinforces that consistent imagery should not vary by demographic across the wall.
